我是George~是位西點廚師,在很多機緣及命運上天安排之下讓我從之前讀的電子而轉移到西點是我人生中的一個轉捩點.
2005-2006 在RACV city club 做了兩年
2006年11月底到現在是在Crown Casino 繼續我最後一年的學徒,而在11月29日之後拿到西點廚師的職照了~ 現在正在考慮我的未來該往哪裡走,~從四年多前到現在幾乎都是在廚房渡過~兩天休息也都是跟別人不一樣~很久都沒有放過六日~現在正在自創養生甜點~但外表卻又跟平常看的美輪美奐甜點一樣^^
現在正在讀小型企業管理及日語~讓我在未來幾年開店提早做準備^^

書集當然跟西點有關loh最喜歡去跟大自然有關的地方 看電影, 聽音樂, 以及目前喜歡看一些有關別人成功得過程or報導以經營的書有時也喜歡看勵志人生的書, 打球至於現在最想做的事就是呵呵能找到另一伴
